BEV - UPS to acquire Bomi from ArchiMed

The healthcare arm of US-based UPS, the world’s largest courier and logistics group, has reached an agreement to acquire healthcare logistics provider Bomi Group from private equity healthcare specialist, ArchiMed. Bomi Group, headquartered in Spino d’Adda, Italy, and founded in 1985, provides services for the medtech and pharma sectors.
